Bartender (Downtown)

Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie debuted in DTLA in 2009 and has since gained a legendary reputation as a world class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant.

We recently opened our second location in West Hollywood and have opportunities for hospitality professionals to join our team.

As a Bartender, you are essential to the success of the company!

We are looking for Bartenders that embody the following:

A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
A genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all our guests
Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and the ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a professional appearance and the ability to adhere to Bottega Louie standards
Must have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours a week (for Full Time) including days, nights and/or weekends.

Part Time is available as well!

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide excellent customer service and build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
Have extensive knowledge of traditional and creative cocktails to make suggestions to guests
Maintain a clean bar (including, but not limited to glasses and bar utensils)
Process payments from customers, record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits to be looked over by the manager on duty
Open and maintain tabs throughout each shift
Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, a positive attitude, initiative and have exceptional communication skills
Always verify identification and age requirement of customers
Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand

Qualified Bartenders must have a team-based mentality and superb multitasking skills.

Two YearsÂ’ experience is a plus.
