_ Los Angeles, Art’s District Location _Small Boutique Kitchen

Reports to Los Angeles Tasting Room Sous Chef

· Ensure promptness, freshness and quality of dishes.

· Help monitor food inventory and ensure sufficient on-hand supplies.

· Work with Sous Chef to help train staff on menu items and suggest wine pairings.

· Standardize all recipes.

· Regulate safe practices of employees.

· Ensure sanitation in all activities.

· Ensure optimal level of food quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Maintain a hygienic environment at all times.

Job Type: Full-time with benefits

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
