About Us:

Inspired by the chic farmhouses of Southern Italy, Bari provides a breezy and welcoming bar and fireplace lounge for guests to sample seasonal cocktails, European wines, and an extensive selection of grilled meats, vegetables, and pastas from Antico Nuovo chef Chad Colby. Join us daily from Aperitivo hour through late night for great music, casual service, and a rotating menu of small plates.

About You:

We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine that shares our passion for authentic food made at the highest level. This role is for you if

  • You love to be hands on, working the line and honing your cooking skills
  • Take direction well and can work in a tight knit team that pushes to be better
  • Love to learn about ingredients and treat them with care while teaching others
  • Understand that without proper scheduling and inventory we can t do the things we love more (cooking)
  • Have a problem solving attitude and want to be the solution
  • Inspire others to be their best each day and guide them to grow

Requirements:

  • +3 years experience as a Sous, KM, or comparable leadership role
  • Must come from the fine dining or upscale dining background
  • Some knowledge of Italian food and product is preferred
  • Proof of vaccination required
  • Serve Safe certification
  • Open availability for holidays and weekends
