Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie debuted in DTLA in 2009 and has since gained a legendary reputation as a world class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant.

We recently opened our second location in West Hollywood and have opportunities for hospitality professionals to join our team.We are looking for Receivers that embody the following:A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a teamAttention to detail and a drive for excellence to ensure we maintain the highest of standards on a consistent basisProfessional appearance and the ability to consistently arrive on timeMust have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (for Full Time): mornings, days and/or weekendsJob Responsibilities:Properly receive product from vendors maintaining the highest of standards.

Ensuring product is delivered in excellent condition.

Rejecting improperly transported food and communicating any issues with your Chef.Keep a clean and orderly walkin and dry storage area.

Helping set the standard for the rest of the team each dayPerform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift, always checking out with the manager on dutyAsk questions and take ownership of our receiving and storage spacesDemonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasmUnderstand and embody the Bottega Louie brandQualified Receivers must be detail oriented, enthusiastic, and have a great attitude.
