We recently opened our second location in West Hollywood and have opportunities for hospitality professionals to join our team.We are looking for Bartenders that embody the following:A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a teamA genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all of our guestsAttention to detail and willingness to deliver an exceptional guest experienceProfessional appearance and the ability to consistently adhere to our attire standardsMust have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (for Full Time): days, nights and/or weekends.
Part Time is available as well!Job Responsibilities:Demonstrate a hospitable approach to all who are coming in to enjoy the Bottega Louie experienceHave extensive knowledge of the Bottega Louie food offerings, beverage program and patisserie itemsTreat each guest as a unique dining experience.
Attentively listening to each guest’s requests and matching your style of service to each individual experience, all while maintaining a standard of excellencePerform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift, always checking out with the manager on dutyStrong communication skills with both guests and teammates.Executing quality cocktails per the recipe during high-volume service.
Ensuring a clean and organized bar at all timesDemonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasmUnderstand and embody the Bottega Louie brandQualified Bartenders must be detail oriented, have a passion for customer service and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
