To prepare beverages for guests and servers following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation, presentation and accountability in a cost efficient manner.

Exceed guest expectations Prepare beverages following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation Interact with guests in ways that makes them feel special Comply with liquor laws Maintain accountability, both personal and financial Control bar costs Maintain cleanliness of the bar Control cost and waste in the work area Close out paper work SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES N/A Your experience and skills include: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
