Role Overview: As the Cook, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, taking charge of dish execution and ensuring a smooth flow during service times. While expertise is valued, it’s your passion, creativity, and leadership qualities we’re most excited about.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
  • Assist in menu planning and dish development in collaboration with the Head Chef.
  • Ensure all kitchen procedures and recipes are followed accurately.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and adequately stocked.
  • Uphold the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, with some leadership experience being a plus.
  • Passion for food and cooking, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to guide a team and work well with others.
  • Ability to multitask and handle the pressures of a bustling kitchen.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
