Adriatico’s is Hiring Line-Cooks, Servers/Front Counter, and Drivers

Adriatico’s Pizza is looking for part-time or full-time line-cooks, servers/front counter, and delivery drivers.

We have a strong veteran base staff but need to add additional help for the school year.

Two to three shifts per week or more.

Must have at least some weekend availability.

We are flexible with hours and will work around class schedules and other obligations.

Applicants with kitchen experience are preferred for line-cooks but not required.

Compensation based on skill, productivity and ability to fit into our system (minimum $13/hr).

Pay also includes share of carryout tips and bonuses that vary based on work volume (can be up to $20/hr total or more).

We are more aggressive than most with raises to reward effort and skill.

Front counter duties include answering phone orders, cashing out customers, various side-work, and assisting servers.

Wage is $8.70/hr plus share of carryout tips, which can range from a total of $13/hr to $20/hr or more depending on volume of business.

Front counter people are encouraged to train to be a server and then be able to work both roles alternating from shift to shift.

Pay as a server is the standard $4.50/hr plus tips from the server’s dine-in customers (which can often exceed $20/hr total).

Duties include providing excellent service to dine-in customers, various side-work, and assisting the front counter.

Servers and front counter people must have an air of professionalism, be relatively out-going, and work well with others.

Ability to learn to handle a fast-paced environment also required.

Delivery drivers must provide proof of a relatively good driving record for the past three years.

Wage starts at $7.00/hr and drivers keep all of their tips.

Commission is paid to drivers that drive their own vehicles based on a percentage of the sales that they deliver.

We also have company vehicles available to drivers with a great driving history.

Drivers typically make at least $15/hr and often make $20/hr and more due to our high volume and many very large food orders.

Typical shift times for all positions are 9/10am to 4/5pm, and 4/5pm to close.

Close is 11:30pm Sunday through Thursday and 1:30am Friday and Saturday.
