You will take primary responsibility for the cash and transactions of the store, to supervise, provide support, guidance, and training to all Cashiers.

To lead the Cashier team in delivering excellent service in line with our customer service standards Responsibilities: Process sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately and quickly in all payment methodsEnsure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality service either face to face or over the telephoneEnsure Cashiers covering by planning and managing the Cashiers daily schedule’s in liaison with the management teamEnsure complete efficiency when following opening and closing cash desk proceduresInvestigate and resolve discrepancies (their own and their team’s)Monitor and record till discrepancies and report them to the relevant departmentMaintain accurate records and control of daily and weekly employeesControl store stationary and bag orders while maintaining required levelsTo be the main point of contact for all managers in store for all cash desk related queriesZara USA, Inc.
