We are looking for someone to own our AML product including Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening and Case Management. Our mission is to help automate risk and compliance for financial institutions worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Owning Company Compliance Platform
- Lead all aspects of compliance product team including P&L, Strategy and Roadmap
- Defining strategy and communicating product and compliance requirements
- Creating Company Compliance roadmap for continued global scaling
- Identifying opportunities for product expansion
- Drafting PRDs to communicate requirements to engineering team
- Prioritizing and reprioritizing resources while balancing multiple requirements and clients
- Collaborating with clients to ensure product fit, and building products that support their growth, while also supporting other use-cases/industries
- Tracking product organizations effectiveness
- Working closely with data science and engineering teams
- Vetting and selecting 3rd party vendors to integrate into the Company compliance platform
- Remaining up-to-date on regulatory landscape changes, best practices and developments
Must haves:
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of broad (AML) regulatory compliance knowledge
- US and Global cryptocurrency compliance regulatory knowledge
- Manage under Agile framework
- Hands-on Product Management
- Excellent writing and Communication skills
Preferred Qualification:
- BSA Compliance Operational Experience at a financial institution or FinTech.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, results-oriented and self-motivated
- Analytical skills, flexibility, and creativity
- Software tools: JIRA, Outlook, Slack
