VP of Strategic Partnerships – SOW/MSP/VMS Accounts – IT STAFFING Job : 23-04115 Location: On-site Flexibility: Fully Remote Job Description Title : VP of Strategic Partnerships – SOW/MSP/VMS Accounts – IT STAFFING – REMOTE Location: Remote Role with Travel Skiltrek is a leading staffing firm who specializes in IT, Engineering, Finance, and other niche areas since 2004. The VP of Strategic Partnerships SOW / MSP / VMS oversees execution of our SOW / MSP strategy and relationship management nationwide. The successful candidate with be responsible for leading and managing Skiltrek’s Strategic Account Management function in the development and growth of Strategic Accounts in the SOW / MSP space.We are looking to rapidly grow our accounts and you will be rewarded with equity The priority for this role is to add SOW/MSP/VMS accounts (business development – 80%), and provide input to the delivery model that works best for specific Clients/MSP’s. Additionally responsible for managing relationships with client executives, top decision makers and sponsors within our strategic account base as well as developing and strengthening senior customer relationships within large national/global accounts. Responsibilities will include entry into new ecosystems, enterprise total talent management and the execution of key partner and SOW / MSP / VMS channel relationships. Build new and strengthen existing MSP Strategic Relationships with Pinnacle Group, Agile 1, Allegis Global Solutions AGS, Randstad USA, TAPFIN ManpowerGroup Solutions, Guidant Group, The Bartech Group, KellyOCG, Enterforce, Zero Chaos, ARCO Service Corp, nextSource, Workspend, Advantage xPO, Atterro, DCR Workforce, AMN Healthcare, HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, Tech Mahindra, Client, Beeline, Client, Total MSP, Experis, Adecco, FocusOne.etc Targeted Strategic Relations with MSDCs Nationwide and Targeted relationships with Corporate Procurement Leaders. Identify over flow projects in North America which require additional Strategic Partnerships to handle the work flow. Other Experience required: Sales/Account Management: 5 years sales, account or relationship management for a solution / in a professional services industry, including managing a portfolio of key accounts MSP: 5 years, Knowledge and experience in MSP and/or RPO programs Management: 3 years of people or project management Knowledge/Experience with relevant conferences such as SIA’s CWS and the Executive Forum Total Compensation 150K-1M (Base $65k-85k DOE).
