Responsibilities
- Create industry-defining certifications for key data roles
- Build and manage a talented cross-functional team including engineers, content creators, data scientists, and product managers
- Collaborate on the go-to-market strategy to maximize the impact of Certification at DataCamp
- Demonstrate a need for speed and crave results as quickly as possible, while keeping morale high
Our ideal candidate
- Has experience working with and launching certification programs.
A strong understanding of the data science landscape is a plus.
- Has a proven track record leading an international and cross-functional team of 15+ people
- Is highly numeric, with strong analytical skills.
- Strategic thinker with go-to-market experience for new products.
