Video Editor

Tetavi’s technology allows audiences to become social creators by democratizing volumetric video capture and allowing anyone to enjoy immersive 3D moments on their mobile, web, and VR/AR headset devices.

We are looking for a Video Editor to join our Los Angeles studio team.

The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and also work independently, efficiently navigating between multiple projects.

As a Video Editor, your main goal will be to edit creative AR/VR content that attracts an audience.

You are passionate about AR/VR and social media trends as well as a creative problem solver that moves fast and creates great content.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently edit all aspects of editorial creative, including short films, full-length trailers, bumpers, featurettes, social-forward promos, sizzles, and more.
Ability to edit with social and mobile in mind.
Ability to present concise editorial outlines or storyboards to support your thinking, where applicable
A firm grasp of digital camera formats, frame rates, codecs, compression techniques, and file-based workflows
Utilize motion graphics and animation skills to complete projects
Proficient online editor: color correction, music supervision, and post-production sound mixing
Coordinate with the rest of the creative team and project managers to meet deadlines

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Proficient in full Adobe Creative Suite
Short-form editorial and narrative-lead background with the ability to think social and mobile-first.
AR/VR experience is a Plus
