The organization is moving from Avaya PBX to Zoom for phones and needs to supplement the team for the project.
They are transferring 20K users to Zoom.
It will all be telephony work transitioning the data numbers, voicemail, etc.
Standard Hours are 9:00 AM-5 PM but must be flexible to work around the standard maintenance window for performance changes (10 PM-2 AM or 3 AM-5 AM), including weekends.
Project Overview:
The UC Engineer will manipulate on the Avaya side the night of the cutover to route everything across.
It can be preconfigured, and all the Zoom will be preconfigured, but there will still be some manipulation to do during the cutover to move a user that is actively on Avaya phone over to a Zoom phone.
Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years experience performing phone deployments
Must have experience with Avaya phones
Zoom experience highly desired
