Transactional Attorney

Adam’s & Martin Group is seeking a Transactional Attorney with up to five years’ transactional, real estate, public finance and / or corporate securitization experience for a National firm in their Denver office.

Experience working with state and local governments, underwriters and banks in connection with tax-exempt and taxable financings is helpful.

This position will work with other attorneys and clients in a very busy national public finance/securitization practice, involving a wide range of types of transactions and projects throughout the country including: Preparation and negotiation of transaction documents, including indentures, loan agreements, purchase contracts, tax agreements and closing documents.

Preparation of disclosure related documents, including offering documents, and other federal securities related documents.

Interacting with and communicating with client representatives and negotiating with opposing counsel.

Candidates must have: Excellent academic credentials.

Strong analytical skills and organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The drive to help shape and expand a growing practice The ability and confidence to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and desire to work in a diverse, fast-paced practice.

Salary Range: $165,000
– $200,000, commensurate with experience.

Attorneys are eligible to participate in the firm’s bonus program, subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
