Responsibilities: Serve as the MDA focal point for reporting MDA cybersecurity information to MDA Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) using a variety of methods including SharePoint, email, VTC, and other approved means (as required).Organize and manage communications between all MDA Mission Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) stakeholders via teleconferences, technical exchanges and conferences.Coordinate and collaborate between Local Control Center (LCC) Teams and CSSP-CERT.Lead discussions for security implementation needs and configuration issues.Publish, post, track, and report on Cyber Tasking Orders (CTO) across the enterprise.

Draft notifications for remediation of vulnerabilities.Develop, review and coordinate inputs on DCO Operations products and deliverables including (but not limited to) the following: Reports & Briefings; Weekly Performance Reports and Role Based Metrics/Status Reports; Monthly Performance Metrics & Trend Analysis, and subscriber metrics.Act as the Delegate of Authority (DoA) for CSSP Cyber Operations Delivery Team (DyT) Lead when Out of Office (OoO).Supports on-call duties 24/7/365, sharing on-call responsibility with CSSP Cyber Operations DyT Lead.

Qualifications: Basic Requirements:Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 8 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 6 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 2 years of general experience.Must have 5 years of directly related experience.Must be willing to support on-call requirements 24/7/365, sharing on-call duties with DyT Lead.Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.Must have experience with producing technical documents, briefings and process documents.Must have experience briefing senior leadership.Must have a current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g.

Security CE).Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Desired Requirements:Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.Have a DoD 8570.01-M CSSP Analyst / CSSP Incident Responder certification (e.g.

CySA).Have experience developing policy or advocating for changes in policy to support new initiatives or required changes/enhancements.Have experience with BMDS Mission Systems.Have proficiency in multi-tasking.Have familiarity with Microsoft Project, Access, Visio and Adobe Acrobat.Have experience conducting research on and developing a rapid understanding of various technical topics.Have familiarity with Joint Force Headquarters – Department of Defense Information Networks (JFHQ-DoDIN), Combatant Commands (CCMDs), and/or Missile Defense Agency (MDA) policies/procedures.About Aegis AerospaceWe are a woman-owned space and technology company headquartered in Houston, TX.
