Job Purpose:
This position is for Full Time Non-Exempt based at our Van Nuys Facility. The position serves customers/guests by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests.

Duties:
- Sells Tickets for the FlyAway travel to/from LAX/VNY & LAX/USF.
- Scan Tickets for the FlyAway travel to/from LAX/VNY & LAX/USF.
- Ensure ticket machines are loaded with Tickets, at all times.
- Ensure ticket machines are operable, at all times, troubleshooting methods and reporting.
- Customer Service Telephone lines.
- Provide Great Customer Service to our Passengers of the FlyAway.
- Determines requirements by working with and listening to our customer.
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information and providing information.
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Must bring to the task a cheerful attitude and a willingness to be a contributing member of our customer service team.
