Theater Arts Facilitator (Visionary Trainer)

Organization summary:
The Advot Project prepares youth for success by teaching communication and relationship skills through the arts.

Since 2011, the Advot Project has worked with underserved communities, re-entry programs, formerly incarcerated youth, gang members, and public and private schools.

The Advot Project places a strong and intentional emphasis on serving those frequently left out of arts experiences.

The Advot Project breaks down common barriers that limit participants’ access to such important opportunities, by bringing programming directly to youth facilities, working closely with administrators, and intentionally creating safe spaces.

Through our work, participants improve their communication skills and reevaluate relationships and behaviors.

This is not theater solely for the purpose of self-expression.

We push our participants to listen, act, and change.
