Position In this role with no direct reports , the ideal candidate is an expert in the HVAC industry, more specifically has experience in installation of A/C systems.
He/she is a self-starter with great customer service skills and ability to build a network of technical support.
You will also have the chance to support distributors addressing any technical assistance they might need to successfully install the company’s products.
The ideal candidate has a passion for building long lasting relationships with distributors and installers as well as great organizational skills.
You will mainly travel whenever there is a need to support the installation for big projects or when training service centers.
Another relevant tasks will be to repair/maintain the machinery returned by distributors.
The salary range is $75K-85K per year.
Profile 5-7 years of experience in similar role or installing HVAC systems.
This is a crucial requirement.
Self-motivated, high work ethic and ability to work independently.
Great communication skills.
Travel required, average of 50%.
Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
