Team Lead

CANN is seeking a Rockstar Team Lead to join our team.

As a Cann Team Lead, you will introduce consumers to our full product line, build brand awareness, and be a friendly face to accounts.

The Team Lead role requires an energetic person who will drive and manage sales at demos and local events.

Responsibilities of a Team Lead

Staffing

· Recruitment of BAs as needed in market

· Responsible for BA team performance and appearance as well as igniting their engagement and passion for the brand

· Leads in-market brand training for BAs

· Continuously monitors that all staff owns the brand and masters all product benefits and attributes

· Quality control of BAs – provides ongoing feedback to Switch PM (written and verbal) on performance and reliability

· Helps maintain a safe and motivated work environment

Schedule

· Verifies weekly schedules with CANN Field Marketing Team and CANN Sales Team

· Verifies weekly schedules with dispensary accounts and manages staff coverage of all events

· Potential for adjustments to schedule that will need to be addressed in a timely manner

· Responsible for scheduling staff and successful execution of all local event support – pop up sampling, community event execution, and treat drops

Storage and Inventory Management

· Responsible for locating and securing a storage unit

· Responsible for the maintenance of all event infrastructure

· Keeps unit organized and stocked with all assets and product

· Weekly product inventory monitoring, ordering, deliveries and allocating

Activations

· Acts as the face of the brand in the community and local market

· Promote brand awareness with customers by educating them about our company, products and sampling

· Report customer feedback, tracking their preferences, and effectively addressing their questions and establish a positive brand experience

· Drive sales via in-store demos and local events

· Build strong relationships with retail partners while also educating them on Cann’s product offerings

· Ensure exceptional experiences with customers, acting as a trustworthy representative of Cann’s brand

· Connect with local accounts, securing breakthrough where CANN can thrive among, creating future connections and brand affinity

· Provides ongoing feedback on how to improve activations & efficiencies

Admin

· Manages and submits to Switch weekly paperwork from staff (ex: expense reports)

· Submits receipts as they are incurred from the market credit card

· Submit weekly inventory list to the Switch Program Manager

· Works with Switch Program Manager on payroll confirmations for BAs

What you’ll need:

· Must be over 21 and have a valid Driver’s License

· Ability to drive sales with a wide variety of consumers

· Strong communication skills

· A commitment to exceed goals that is internal, constant & self-imposed

· Event Logistics: able to drive, set up and tear down event materials, load and carry product & infrastructure, greet and educate consumers on products

· Provide proof of Vaccination or willing to be vaccinated

· Must have clean driving record and background

· Will be drug screened

· Will be background checked both driving and criminal

Program Duration: End of year contract with potential to extend into 2022

Pay: $1,300 per week
