•Confirm Max Bill Rate or Manager Requested: TA SpecialistThe Global Talent Sourcing Consultant will focus on finding key talent for the organization.
Your work ethic and attitude will support a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have a background in executive search, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.
In addition, you will have a strong understanding of lead generation techniques, creatively unearthing hard-to-find candidates beyond LinkedIn.
Most importantly, you are charismatic and possess a strong ability to interact with key stakeholders as well as internal partners in a consultative way.
Additional responsibilities include:
•Developing search strategies, conducting research, and performing in-depth interviews to cultivate qualified candidates.
•Pro-actively develops a pipeline of qualified candidates covering high priority functional areas.
•Developing talent maps/name generation through internet searches, networking, and conference attendance.
•Responsible for engaging the generated talent map/name generation to develop strong qualified candidate pool.
•Pre-screening candidates for prospecting, active positions and pipelining.
•Partnering with full cycle recruiters to develop sourcing strategies.
•Responsible for recruiting metrics and reporting those metrics on weekly/bi-weekly basis.
•Compiling and communicating the knowledge base, industry overviews, market trends, co.
profiles, and other competitive intelligence.
Basic Qualifications:
•Must have a bachelor’s degree plus a minimum 5-years professional recruitment, contingent and/or retained search experience.
•Experienced professional with demonstrated success in the art of candidate engagement, data mining and state of the art sourcing methodology and strategies.
•Experience in utilizing internet searching techniques to develop talent map/name generation.
•Strong experience in successful screening, initial contact, prescreening, interviewing, both in-depth phone and face-to-face.
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
•Team player, flexible, high integrity, strong negotiating skills.
•Demonstrates a consistent track record of delivering results, often in the face of challenges or obstacles.
•Shows an entrepreneurial spirit and an appropriate level of pro-activeness to drive performance.
Ability to source their own candidates from sources such as LinkedIn; Acted as a Talent Advisor in the past Fully Cycle positions with the exception of scheduling and screenings.
A coordinator will assist with this.
Ability to handle high requisition load of 25
– 30 on a consistent and ongoing basis Must be comfortable in their own skin, be able to advise their internal clients sharing data with confidence, but not be arrogant in their communication to their clients; strong interpersonal skills Looking for true contractors who are comfortable accepting and working a contract role.
Previous work history should indicate if work history was contract or FTE roles Tenure can reflect shorter terms on assignments, but should also indicate they were contracts.
If not contract and short term in nature, provide info on why it was short term (less than 18 months) Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience sourcing/recruiting in the biopharmaceutical industry, especially in the Commercial organization, R or Global Ops
•Prior retained search experience.
