The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will drive the advancement of the team through full life cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and cleared roles. Will provide innovation and thought leadership for the team.
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be a part of a talented team that performs job responsibilities necessary to support the organization. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is able to define methods to accomplish tasks, develop schedules and complete tasks on time. Will help to define, develop, and document new processes as the department and the company evolve. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is capable of working more than one project at a time.
This position can be remote.
Responsibilities:
- Source high quality candidates through the use of social media and other recruiting tools to fill positions
- Create approaches to identifying, attracting, and engaging high quality candidates
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for frequently hired roles
- Proactively search and focus on hard to fill roles
- Understand business needs to identify, develop and execute recruiting strategy to hire and retain top talent
- Develop business relations with key stakeholders to include hiring managers
- Utilize social media to network with relevant user groups to recruit talent
- Source and screen all candidates for open positions
- Follow established procedures to ensure candidate and productivity data is accurately captured through the ATS
- Manage and disposition candidates in the ATS
- Prepare candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, organization, job descriptions and expectations setting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 6+ years of talent acquisition full life cycle recruiting
- Proven track record in using social media and other creative recruiting tools to identify candidates
- Skilled in Boolean search techniques and sourcing through one or more of the following: CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and Indeed. Adept in both traditional and creative recruiting approaches with a proven track record in utilizing social media to network and identify talent
- Strong planning and organizational skills required; Strong sense of urgency and ability to create a sense of urgency in others required
- Business oriented and have an understanding how business strategies link to recruiting initiatives
- Must be able to think strategically and execute tactically; a proven ability of leading by example is critical
- A genuine passion for creative and innovative recruiting methods
- Experience recruiting for and working with all levels of management
- Creative problem solver and team player
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking system
- Comprehensive knowledge of an enterprise services specialty or function
- Proficient in the use of standard computer applications and tools

Years of Experience: Minimum 6 years
- Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience
