We’re working to transform AAA for the next century with a mission to create Members for life by unleashing the innovative spirit of our Team Members.As the Home Services Associate III and a member of the House Manager team, you are responsible for supporting the daily operations and member interaction.

You are both our voice and the face of House Manager to our Member base.

You will be supporting your peers with training, work orders, home assessments, and consultations.

You will help provide leadership and guidance, when applicable, to Team Members and handle escalated operational issues to provide a positive experience to our members.

Support building out House Manager programs with your Team Leader.

Use sound business judgment to resolve service, operational, and technology issuesEssential FunctionsComplete work orders as assignedYou will manage your time at a given job site and be given a schedule to work towards completing based on member demandProvide consultations on future work to membersComplete, provide, and educate our members on our Home Services that drive future work to our team and help our members understand their homes betterBuild training classes and reference materials in your subject matter area to assist your team members’ growth.

Beyond creating the material, you may be asked to help lead the training to other team membersYou will provide pricing recommendations on work orders.You will learn and grow your skill base in areas like contracts, CSLB areas, and other legally supporting documentation as required to complete our workKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsUnderstand the basic requirements of collecting information via photos and measurementsStrong understanding of skills outside their CSLB area of expertise, examples include:Electrical (GFCI installation)Appliance troubleshooting and basic repairPlumbing (ability to assess a fix minor leaks)CarpentryExperience in, and ability to, provide consultationsPreferred Project Management experienceAbility to learn and use a scheduling softwareAbility to learn and use an online ordering systemCollaborative and team oriented individual Education & Experience/Licenses & CertificationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred Contractor’s License (any CSLB defined category)5-7 years’ experiencePreferred 1 year of supervisory experienceWork Environment/Physical RequirementsLifting and carrying various parts, weighing up to 30-50 pounds, several times a dayBending, kneeling, reaching and stooping as required for service call
