Supply Chain Engineer

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company who is looking for a Supply Chain Engineer to join their team.

This position combines supply chain and process improvement activities to optimize Supply Chain through data analysis, problem solving, and technical improvement projects focused in planning, warehousing, procurement and shipping.Responsibilities:Supply Chain Engineer will plan and lay out design of warehouse and automated equipmentEngineer will provide design support for supply chain facility, equipment changes and additionsEngineer will set up and implement supply chain systems and will focus on continuous improvement effortsEngineer will perform data analysis, problem solving and execution in changes in planning, warehousing, procurement, and shippingEngineer will execute transformation program strategies, defining key activities for improvement projectsEngineer will serve as the technical expert in warehouse automationRequirements:Candidates must have 10 years manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics experienceCandidates with a background working in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment preferredCandidates must have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Supply ChainCandidates must have a strong background using Lean/Six Sigma methodologiesCandidates must have 5 years experience using SAP or equivalentCandidates must have experience with robotics and automationCandidates must have knowledge of GMPs, US, EU regulations and guidelines
