Supply Chain Analyst, Brooks Rehabilitation

Overview: For 50 years, Brooks Rehabilitation, headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., has been a comprehensive source for physical rehabilitation services.

As a nonprofit organization, Brooks operates one of the nation’s largest inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in the U.S.

with 160 beds, one of the region’s largest home healthcare agencies, 47 outpatient therapy clinics, a Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation in partnership with Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, the Brooks Rehabilitation Medical Group, two skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and memory care, and an additional 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.

Brooks will treat more than 60,000 patients through its system of care each year.

Position Summary: Reporting to the Materials Management Director, the Supply Chain Analyst has the responsibility for analyzing data and developing insights used for the optimization of the organization’s supply chain operations.

Responsibilities: Review and analyze the movement of materials and other supply chain processes to identify sources of problems and develop suggestions for solutionsGather and interpret relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc)Identify underperforming areas in the supply chain by analyzing costs, root causes, capacity, and demand patternsPrepares reports or dashboards to provide reliable activity data to stakeholdersMonitors suppliers for contract complianceDevelop and design technologies and processes that improve the Supply Chain functionality, including cash flows, inventory turns, and employee productivity Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field requiredMinimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing, or similar fieldStrong quantitative and analytical skillsExperienced in supply chain and planning applications; Oracle experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with EDI configuration and integrations a plusExperience with database management and spreadsheet analysisGood written and oral communication skills Organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical mannerProficiency with developing and executing business process specific test scenarios, integration testing, and end user acceptance testingGood time management skills with ability to meet deadlines Excellent attention to detailAbility to perform work in a self-directed, team environment Location : Name: Brooks Corporate Office Type: Full-Time
