Total Rewards Analyst

a droitts is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst with 5-10 years of experience in a benefits role administering benefit plans and programs Role is hybrid (2 days office/3 days work from home) Prefer candidates local to Chicago/ Washington D.C or will to relocate Job Responsibilities: The role will be a hybrid of all things Total Rewards.

The focus will be around ensuring that all big rocks are completed before the end of the year.

The Team is charged with large rocks and need to ensure that all projects are moving forward effectively without compromising the day-to-day functions and support provided to the business.

Operational effectiveness is an area that this role will fulfill by finalizing policy and procedures while identifying opportunities to create improvements.

Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in a benefits role administering benefit plans and programs Background in the documentation of processes and procedures Ability to innovate and streamline processes and address redundancies Skills: Project management skills would be ideal Customer service skills are preferred Deliverable : Ad hoc projects and daily tasks.
