After 45 years the Super Bowl Experience are coming to Los Angeles in February 2022. We are seeking to hire Fan Services Teammates to join the customer service team at the Super Bowl Experience event in Los Angeles at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The Super Bowl Experience is the most exciting continuous event surrounding Super Bowl LVI. The Super Bowl Experience offers FREE NFL player autographs, interactive games, youth football clinics, merchandise from NFL Shop, personalized photos to share on social media, a virtual reality experience, an enhanced Super Bowl rings display and sponsor giveaways! The teammate plays a vital role in supporting the daily events, and fans of the convention. As a Fan Service Teammate, you will work in the front offices to support the daily fan operations of the event, including providing administrative support.
REQUIRED & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Friendly individuals with an outgoing, engaging and ability to provide friend customer service experience
- Experience with answering customer service phone calls/
- Have the ability to use a work with team leaders to solve issues
- This position requires a strong hospitality skill set
- A team player with a warm and upbeat personality
- Have experience as a brand ambassador, or large event experience
- A great listener with a strong attention to detail
- A high energy and enthusiastic individual
- Be on their feet for the majority of the shifts.
