Responsibilities

DMH + UCLA Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP) is seeking a responsible a part time Student to provide administrative and research support to the Staff Research Associates and Investigators.

Primary responsibilities include: performing literature searches, data entry/cleaning, and meeting scheduling.

The position is temporarily remote due to COVID-19.

Once we return to the office, additional responsibilities may include meeting preparations, meeting minutes and performing office management tasks.

Office management tasks include but aren’t limited to photocopying, filing, mailing, faxing, office organization, updating contact lists, answering phones, picking up and sorting mail and running campus errands.

Qualifications

The ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision (required)
Detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational and communication skills (required).
Ability to follow through on all tasks and meet deadlines (required).
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer is a must (required).
