The Work: Kick-start your career in our Management Consulting Development Program to build strong relationships with other recent grads and learn about our full array of offerings and capabilities Receive exceptional training on developing your consulting skills as well as career development coaching and mentoring from senior level executives Collaborate in a team of 3-5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement Solve tough, critical challenges facing our federal clients today Analyze information, test hypotheses and present recommendations to your client that have a real impact on their business Work on a variety of client engagements, exploring all the areas of our business Network and learn from a wide diversity of thought leaders Here’s what you need
– Bachelor’s degree or Master’s (with a graduation date no later than August 31, 2022 Preferred Qualifications (not required) Bonus Points if you
– Are known for being analytical, looking at things from all angles Are resourceful and intellectually curious Enjoy working in teams Able to communicate complex ideas effectively
– both verbally and in writing.

This role requires US Citizenship with no dual US Citizenship exceptions.
