Sr Product Analyst

Senior Product Analyst Location: Fort Washington, PA Engagement: Contract to Hire or Perm Summary: Analyzes, reviews, and evaluates informatics system and consumer needs performed by the Product Analyst.

The Senior Product Analyst documents product requirements, defines the business’s scope and objectives in terms of the product, and defines systems that parallel the overall business strategies.

Collaborates with key project team members in defining product requirements, designing functional solution for the product, identifying and resolving project issues, as well as ensuring the solutions formulated meet business requirements.

Job Functions: Evaluates data formulated in conjunction with the product analyst and applies the results in influencing the direction that other product sets take as well as informing decisions of the business Works closely with data architects/engineers in order to develop core data sets that promote accurate product analysis Partners with other product teams for the purpose of defining goals collaboratively as well as the identification of key metrics for the products.

Works closely with the architects/engineers in order to rapidly design experimental products and iterate on the results.

Liaises with senior management in matters of significance in order to determine methods and techniques that will lead a product project into successful completion.

Educates/Informs other product teams on the patterns and trends in consumer behavior.

Identifies new product opportunities and presents reports that are meant to increase an overall understanding of key product metrics Institutes quality integrity standard checking to ensure that the business’s products are of the utmost quality.

Monitors the product and ensures that it is in compliance with local, state, national and international quality standards.

Evaluates and monitors quality check trends in the market to ensure that the business product quality is always up to standard.

Develops and manages the product’s quality review process.

Develops proposed budget allocations as well as maintaining account summaries of product projects Responsible for organizing and analyzing audit data as well as summarizing audit findings for the senior management review.

Education & Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology.

Professional certifications in Salesforce Administration and/or Project Management preferred 5 Years of Relevant Work Experience Extensive judgement skills, Efficient organization skills, Effective interpersonal & communication skills, Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment Experience with Salesforce ecosystem Work effectively with minimal supervision
