Northrop Grumman SSSD Planning & Site Strategy has an opening for a Senior Principal Project Management Analyst or a Staff Project Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.

This position can be filled at a either a Senior Principal or a Staff level.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Planning & Site Strategy Department, Human Resources, IT, Facilities Construction Engineers, and Business Management team, and others as needed on Hybrid-Remote Work Environment Roll Out
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with leadership and customers
Interface with campus leadership understand organizational on-site headcount and work environment needs
Interface with the Planning & Site Strategy Department, including planners and Real Estate/Use & Occupancy, and Archibus leads for planning and execution changes to facilities plans ensuring proper tracking of occupancy
Lead the determination of layouts, furniture offerings, and facilities modifications as well as coordinate Design Workshops with external furniture vendors as needed
Integrate information across the Planning & Site Strategy Department and develop executive level briefings
Strong communication skills, written and oral, and ability to develop and deliver high level presentations

Basic Qualifications:

This position can be filled at a either a Senior Principal or a Staff level.

Senior Principal Project Management Analyst Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a Master’s Degree.
Experienced with data analysis and understanding of data management & reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, SharePoint, Tableau, AutoCAD/Rivet
Prior Occupancy Planning Experience
Experience with leading and driving large scale initiatives
Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate with multiple organizations
Experience with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Project, etc.)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Department of Defense Top Secret and/or SCI Clearance

Staff Project Management Analyst Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 15 years of professional relevant experience, or a minimum of 13 years of professional experience with a Master’s Degree.
Experienced with data analysis and understanding of data management & reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, SharePoint, Tableau, AutoCAD/Rivet
Prior Occupancy Planning Experience
Experience with leading and driving large scale initiatives
Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate with multiple organizations
Experience with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Project, etc.)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Department of Defense Top Secret and/or SCI Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior Experience Archibus or other Facilities Space Planning software
Prior Experience with AgilQuest
Ability to communicate with employees at all levels (hourly through executives)
Active TS or SCI (SSBI) clearance

Salary Range: $103,900 USD – $155,900 USD
Salary Range 2: $129,000 USD – $193,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
