Robert Half Direct is partnering with a boutique law firm seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal who will support 3 attorneys with very active litigation dockets. This includes personal injury (plaintiff’s and defense), employment (plaintiff’s and defense), and business litigation. You will work alongside a junior paralegal. Candidates will possess advanced knowledge of pleadings, motion preparation, legal research, discovery, Superior and District Court deadlines, calendaring, trial preparation and exhibit binders, etc.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide support to attorney through all phases of cases from intake to trial
- Prepare schedules and trial notebooks
- Complete forms and applications
- Draft correspondence and pleadings
- Maintain case calendar and monitor deadlines
- Prepare court filings and file electronically as required
Job Requirements:
- 5 + years of litigation paralegal experience
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
