IT Helpdesk / Desktop Engineer
Direct Hire
– Downtown Los Angeles/Century City
(Must have Legal/Law Firm Experience)
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier I-II Level support in an onsite or remote environment.
Support corporate or firm users on all IT requests along with software troubleshooting needs Respond to Enterprise level software requests to include MS Suite of Products.
Respond to technical support calls or tickets and follow up appropriately.
Perform PC and computer setup, maintenance, and installation of software.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or combination of experience/education Required experience working in a Legal or Law Firm environment Several years of hands-on experience in an IT call center or helpdesk environment Proficient in MS Office products including: Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel Experience in troubleshooting PCs, Laptops, and peripherals in a networked environment.
Familiar with MS Windows 7, 10 and MAC OS familiarity is a plus.
Basic Networking LAN support and troubleshooting experience, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
