Sr. Global Compensation Analyst

ADP is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst.

The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing compensation professional services for a global sales organization and a business unit.At ADP, we are driven by your success.

Complete market pricing of jobs as needed, including executive roles.

Within the US, complete FLSA assessments to ensure ADP is legally compliant in the classification of our jobs as exempt or nonexempt.

Provide compensation consulting & support to HR Business Partner and Leaders.

Perform compensation analysis, develop compensation recommendations and present to stakeholders in a way that supports both ADP’s vision/mission and our Global Total Rewards philosophy.

Perform focal point review year-end process.

This includes support with different analytics in preparation for final meetings.

Working with leaders on consulting and final compensation recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: BS in Business Administration or Human Resources discipline preferred.

CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.

Minimum of 4-8 years’ experience as an analyst; sales compensation professional experience preferred.

Experience with Market Pricing and/or Global Job Architecture preferred.
