Overview Members of the People & Culture Team are the stewards of Forever 21s talent, and the work environment in which they thrive.

As a small, agile group, this team is responsible for designing and delivering solutions that allow every employee to bring their best every day.

In this role, you will develop and deliver large scale, innovative initiatives that focus on creating an inclusive work environment and support learning across the business.

Responsibilities include creating and leading learning initiatives, aligning content to Forever 21s values framework, working with subject matter experts and ERGs to develop an inclusive workplace learning series, and integrating DEI content into already existing learning.

In partnership with the department leader, the successful candidate will also be responsible for building a learning evaluation framework that assesses outcomes and impact over time.

Responsibilities Design, create and deliver scalable learning events, and actively seek opportunities to improve the effectiveness of learning within the different modalities.

Collaborate with business teams to integrate DEI content and manage the execution of large-scale learning initiatives.

Work with cross-functional teams to curate creative, inclusive content across a range of internal and external communication channels and formats.

Partner with various stakeholders to design and develop programs that meet the learning needs and career progressions for the various departments.

Manage all aspects of learning programs to ensure they run smoothly and according to plan.

Establish a comprehensive set of metrics to measure the impact of learning programs and drive inclusive behaviors.

Develop methods and incorporate feedback loops that help analyze, prioritize, and implement changes according to our learning roadmap.

Support the ongoing administration of the Learning Management System for HQ employees.

Manage and deliver New Hire Orientation.

Education/Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources, education, instructional design, organizational development, business management, communications, or other related fields.

Experience in lieu of education will be considered.

4 years of work experience implementing learning and development solutions within a lean and demanding environment.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with DE& I initiatives for a large company and DE& I certification is a plus.

Ability to continually assessing learning needs and adapt learning methods, materials, or technology to support an inclusive workplace culture.

Agility to expertly shift among assignments while ensuring progress toward department goals.

Knowledge of HR processes in the employee life cycle.

Analytical expertise to correlate DE& I initiatives to business goals.

Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in an often-ambiguous environment.

Resourceful in managing details for multiple tasks/projects while keeping timelines on track.

Excellent oral, written and facilitation skills.

Strong critical thinking and judgement skills.
