Works closely with internal partners in HR, Finance, Accounting, and Recruiting, as well as outside consultants and stakeholders, to develop, administer and deliver executive compensation programs in accordance with the organization’s total reward strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES /DUTIES: Conducts competitive benchmarking of executive and non-employee director compensation and benefits programs by conducting proxy analyses and participates in applicable surveys Prepares materials for Compensation Committee meetings Supports multiple executive compensation projects to design processes and policies in preparation for an IPO Prepares various compensation analyses on base, bonus and equity and makes recommendations regarding Vice President and above new hires, promotions, equity analyses, etc Administer short-term & long-term incentive reporting and payout calculation Prepares complex long-term incentive or other analyses for presentation to management Researches and analyzes executive compensation and benefit trends Adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state laws and regulatory agencies, internal requirements and HR policies.
Performs analysis to develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs Leads projects / initiatives to develop new compensation structures and programs Build modeling analysis for programs to determine cost and viability of incentive recommendations Review of proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation related problems Complete other projects and assignments as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Business Administration or related field 5
– 8 years of corporate compensation administration experience, 2 years’ experience in Executive Compensation preferably in a large organization.
CEP, CCP, CSCP, CECP, PHR, and/or SPHR certifications highly desirable High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS Systems (Dayforce, SAP).
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, conduct research, formulate conclusions, and present conclusions or solutions to business issues Ability to interface with all levels of employees, including executives, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines with a strong sense of urgency Excellent communications skills, both interpersonal and writing.
Strong abilities to work well in a team environment (cooperative and collaborative behavior).
