In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, financial statement review, and Excel spreadsheet creation and manipulation. How you will make an impact
- Perform data entry
- Carrying out alternate duties and taking part in special projects as assigned
- Reconciling and leveling general ledger accounts
- Assisting with audit fieldwork for both financial and operational audits
- Investigating and correcting account discrepancies
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- Assisting with full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of Document Review
- Expertise in customer service
- Preferred education is an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
- Excellent attention to detail
- 1 year of relevant accounting experience necessary
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
- High-level understanding of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred
