ADP is hiring a Senior Business Process Design Analyst.
This role is responsible for identifying, documenting, and improving business processes to improve service metrics such as unit of work/productivity, client experience/effort, associate experience/effort, cost, and case closure time.
The role also requires leading and executing change within the service organization, including new products and enhancements, system changes, and strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder approval or buy-in is required to ensure improvements align and comply with business goals, policies, and governance.Responsibilities:Conducts independent analysis to understand and prioritize improvement needs within the client-facing service teams Follows the input/output process of initiatives and changes Designs or improves processes that improve service metrics such as productivity, associate experience, client experience/effort, case closure time, controls, and reporting Documents and improves existing policies, processes, and procedures, includes talk tracks, written responses, or scripts (phone, email, live chat) as needed Collaborates with business teams to govern internal change processes Prepares presentation materials to support project initiatives and solicit feedbackInteractions/Interpersonal Skills:Strong interpersonal capabilities for the exchange of complex information with awareness of the intended audience and participants
