Site Lead
FULL-TIME

The Site Lead is responsible for supervising BPS’ customer’s onsite warehouse while identifying and meeting the customer’s supply and material needs. This is achieved by processing requests and orders in an accurate and timely manner while effectively managing the warehouse in adherence with BPS’ standard operating procedures.
Essential functions:
• Building strong customer and vendor relationships, earns their trust, and meets their business needs
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and professional work environment at all times
• Using the company’s ERP system to locate material and process procurement transactions
• Exhibits proficiency in all facets of the procurement process, including sourcing material from vendors
• Prospecting, qualifying and generating sales within our established guidelines
• Processing all customer returns
• Understands and applies the price matrix/material provided by our Purchasing Dept
• Keeping management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
• Making purchases offsite at brick and mortar stores for customer; delivers products
• Maintaining building and equipment by ensuring preventative maintenance programs are in place and loss prevention/security/safety policies are followed.
• Effectively managing inventory and reports any discrepancies to manager
• Promoting safety in the workplace by supporting the Customer’s and BPS’s safety programs, including conducting safety and security audits; as well as identifying and implementing standard operating procedures to address safety and security issues.
• Reporting all safety, business ethics, and compliance-related issues to management. Participates in associate accident investigations to identify and correct root causes.
• Executing all tasks safely, and with a genuine sense of urgency to ensure a consistently high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Managing and directing the storage, retrieval, processing, and accuracy of execute in an efficient, accurate, timely, and cost-effective manner.
• Acting as Manager on Duty, as needed, with responsibility for all resources, facility and operational issues.

Shift start: 6:30AM or 7:00AM
Shift length: 8 hours
Monday – Friday, some weekends

Qualifications
- Must pass drug screen
- Must pass background check
- Can lift 50 lbs
- Must be at least 18+ years old
Knowledge of basic Inside sales/counter sales procedures and practicesExperience in a warehouse environment with knowledge of proper inventory and bin location processesClean driving record and a valid driver’s license required.Proficiency in the use of computers and software programs; including ERP system, word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail applications.
