We’re looking for a Showing Assistant to support sales goals through effective sales techniques but most importantly quality customer service.

A Halton Pardee and Partners Inc. Showing Agent is a primary support person for a Listing Team to handle all the fieldwork for each Listing from start to a successful close. The right person is the eyes and ears of the Listing Teams, in terms of handling the showing of our listings, managing communication flow between agents, vendors and the team as well as assisting with the paperwork and processes on transactions as they come into the Listing Team Pipeline.

Showing Assistant Responsibilities

* Assists all sales teams daily with property appointments, showing appointments, open houses, brokers caravans, inspections, photo-shoots, appraisals, meeting vendors of all types etc. Supports all aspects of preparation before Property is Live
* Accountable for retaining full knowledge of all Halton Pardee Active Listing inventory and upcoming Property inventory. Imperative to have the ability to retain and cross-sell inventory as well as be forward-thinking to achieve ultimate goals.
* Communicates with Listing Teams to assist and manage, follow-up, feedback, and strategy for the entire listing portfolio.
* Takes direction from Listing Agent/Assistant/Director of Sales to meet client needs and ensure the Halton Pardee Way is being met.
* Learns how to complete all paperwork associated with selling transaction as well as the Halton Pardee process and operations involved.
* Learns tasks and processes of the listing teams through work and time spent with the listing teams directly.
* Becomes familiar with the market, the neighborhood, comps and inventory.
* Tracks all Showings and provides feedback to the Listing Team
* Responds to the Team with seller issues/problems support the team as needed;
* Works with listing teams to manage escrow activity to ensure all events are happening within an appropriate time frame; follows up with all parties to ensure compliance
* Schedules showing appointments and manages the team’s Daylite calendar throughout the process.
* Answers client emails for listing teams as directed in the Pardee Way and through Pardee Processes
* Sends daily updates to clients as needed for listing teams while learning the process.
* Responsible for maintaining data up to date in Daylite CRM as a support for listing teams as needed as they will need to become engrained in all aspects of this system and how it is used for sales.
* Becomes acquainted and trained in the CAR Form contracts as well as compliance requirements for the brokerage
* Becomes trained in Skyslope, Transaction management system, and assist the team with this, as they will need to become engrained in all aspect of this system.
* Assists the Leasing Department as needed in showings, client appointments as needed for all lease listing properties/inventory.
* Communicates with Leasing Teams as needed in terms of follow-up, feedback, and strategy for the entire listing portfolio.
* Presents Pardee Listing Portfolio with a poised, refined manner reflecting the Pardee Way.
* Ability to be flexible to the needs of the team in assisting with presentation of listings in any capacity
* Confirms showings are following COVID safety protocols

Showing Assistant Candidate Qualifications

* Submit a full DISC profile, several resources available online
* Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently, with strong attention to detail
* Seeking a reliable, personable, dynamic Licensed Assistant/Showing Assistant who is able to think on their feet, learn quickly, and adapt to different skills.
* Driving for Showings – Must have a reliable car, license, and insurance
* Professional Attitude and Appearance, A Must!
* Real Estate Experience, Contract Forms, and or transaction knowledge, A Plus!

**Compensation**

* Salary: Starting at $54K, Depending on Experience, with opportunity for growth, has the potential to make over $60k per year!
* Bonus Structure in addition to Salary may be offered for the right candidate
* Bonus/Benefits Offered after Probation Period
