Pay Range: $21.04
– $23.39(Based on a progression pay scale)Shift Premium: $.20 for 2nd shift & $.30 3rd shift Your responsibilities Responsible for moving material, loading, and unloading of trucks, along with moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting product in a safe and productive manner using a powered industrial vehicle.

Ability to pass all safety training and continuing training.

Responsible for picking, staging, and delivery of material.

Follow instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.

Keep the warehouse organized and clean Daily inspections of equipment.

Use handheld scanners to pull materials for production and outside vendors.

Daily updates of all required paperwork: e.g., Repair Logs, Production Sheets, Prototype Log, Push-ins, Bill of Laden, Packing Slips, Export Documentation, confirmation of requisitions, etc.

Ability to identify materials used throughout the manufacturing plant as required by the Scrap and Salvage Department.

Ability to operate a sit-down forklift, and all mechanical and manually equipment required to perform the job.

Must pass forklift training.

Identify supplies, parts, and tools as needed.

Communicate with other operators to discuss any problems.

Identify and order appropriate supplies, parts, and tools as needed.

Place safety in the workplace above all else and follow safety guidelines along with reporting safety issues.

Daily housekeeping.

Work overtime as needed.

Other duties as assigned Your background Education and Experience Needed: HS Diploma or equivalent required 6 months of Industrial type experience or military service or in lieu of industrial experience will consider vocational/ technical high school and college courses.

1-year Warehouse Experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Previous warehouse experience preferred Specialized skills or other requirements: Steady work history Reliable transportation to and from work Adaptable to change and ability to cross-train Detailed oriented Must be able to work any shift Must be able to work a forklift Physical Demands: Requires repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and bending Understand the personal protective equipment required for the job: Safety glasses, Ear protection, Gloves, Safety shoes.

Able to work 40 hrs a week and required overtime.

Ability to use handheld inventory scanner.

Ability to think independently while successfully functioning in a team environment Able to perform task in a manufacturing environment Standing on concrete floor Able to operate various lifting devices used to transport parts: lift trucks.
