Service Specialist will provide backup coverage to local GBTS sites.

They will be cross trained in multiple areas and will fill roles in reception, hospitality, records, or other positions as applicable.

This position is a promotion opportunity for those wishing to move into management.Responsibilities:Travel to and become cross-trained within local Epiq site locationsShow measured completion of Epiq Learning classesBe flexible to daily changing roles, responsibilities, and work locationMonitor and listen to clients to understand inquiries and requests to provide accurate information about the facilities and services and offer prompt assistanceHave direct involvement in client communicationsComply with Epiq policy that any information seen during the business processes is kept strictly confidentialMay be required to work additional hours beyond regular schedule to meet client needs and/or commitments, which may include weekends, evenings, and/or holidaysMail Services:Sort, distribute and meter US mail with knowledge of current postal ratesEnsure all projects have been properly produced and Quality Checked (QC”d) to Epiq standardsEnsure clients request and the delivery of faxes/parcels are done in a timely manner in accordance to Epiq standardsResponsible for the pick-up and delivery of all mail/parcelsCopy Services:Ensure immediate attention is given to clients entering the copy/mail center in accordance with Epiq standardsAccurately produce, copy, print, and scan projects in accordance to verbal and/or written instructionsExhibit ability to take verbal instructions while taking notes to properly produce staff copy projectsResponsible for the delivery of all copy, print, and scan projects that are assigned to the Copy CenterHospitality Services:Provide excellent client service as the coordinator of the clients” conference rooms, common areas, and kitchensEnsure client requests for the set-up and use of meeting rooms are handed accurately and proactivelyPlace orders for food and beverages for use during meetings as assignedInspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and ready for continual useOrganize and distribute client kitchen suppliesMaintain inventory, and perform cleaning, dusting, and other incidental tasks as assignedRecords Management:Retrieve, compile, and distribute requested records and informationResponsible for document control and records management throughout the information lifecycle for physical and electronic recordsRe-file records, file and record storage contiinersMaintain accurate records circulation databaseReceive and process records in accordance with established proceduresComply with all business protocol, regulatory and best records management practices and requirementsFloor Coordination:Provide excellent client service as the first line of contact with the clientResponsible for the organization and upkeep of various satellite copy rooms throughout an assigned work area.
