Senior Digital Product Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a Financial Services client seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager for a 12 month contract in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities:

  • Discovers product opportunities for the digital channels that are valuable, usable, and feasible. Specializing in marketing automation and omnichannel client experience
  • Facilitates and coordinates idea generation and input from stakeholders, team members and audience members
  • Develops deep customer insights and business knowledge and expertise and continuously deepens that knowledge to envision opportunities that are valuable
  • Works with user experience and technology teams to envision products that are usable and can be socialized and concept tested with audience members
  • Oversees activities around a specific product domain or program including planning, implementation and ongoing monitoring
  • Ensures that strategies and plans are coordinated and sequenced against the backdrop of broader business and digital strategies and initiatives
  • Works with PMO to translate digital channel strategies into specific sequenced project initiatives considering scope, cost, feasibility, technology alternatives and business needs
  • Provides product owner support for implementation teams as needed
  • Develops and socializes product vision, strategy, roadmap and key initiatives broadly with stakeholders and teams
  • Develops measures that track and monitor overall product/program performance in addition to ensuring measurement on specific project initiatives including ROI

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires at least 10 years of experience in Digital/Product Management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate across all organizational levels
  • Good judgment in identifying issues and recommending solutions to others
  • Strong presentation skills, including presenting to executives
  • Experience developing business cases
  • Experience in business architecture for large organization
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in financial services and strong investment acumen a plus
