Service Desk Analyst-Windows-Hybrid/Washington DC-PD

You will need to work onsite 2 days per week, remote for 3 days per week in Washington DC.

Our direct client , a major law form is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a “contract to hire” engagement.

Experience implementing, maintaining and supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Technical experience configuring and supporting workstations, laptops, printers, and related equipment.

Providing end-user support services, troubleshooting assistance, and problem resolution via telephone, remote desktop connection, andor visits to user locations.

Exceptional client service, both internal and external.

Flexibility to work additional shifts as needed.
