As a Service Coordinator, you will provide support to the operations team through the coordination of vehicle services such as maintenance and body work and ensure vehicle readiness to dispatch.

This position requires the ability to multi-task, establish priorities, complete assignments thoroughly and accurately, and communicate effectively across company divisions and department.ACERTUS has been recognized as one of Inc Magazine’s fastest growing private companies for three years in a row.

This is your opportunity to join our high-performing team and be a part of something BIGSchedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pmMay be required to work evenings and weekends depending on business needs.What you will be doing:Assess vehicles for repair/cleaning services.Ensure vehicles are properly serviced per client requests and company policies.Ensure service grid is complete and accurate.Document services required and schedule with vendor.Inspect vehicle returning from service and properly store.Assist with directing drivers per schedule.Scan on-site vehicles and reconcile inventory status.Receive and send vehicles to/from transporters and over-the-road drivers.Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
