JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for accurate meal tray assembly and dish washing procedures to maintain sanitation.
Responsible for trayline set-up and storage of trayline foods.
Responsible for accurately serving food to the residents, following any dietary restrictions, accurate preparation of resident nourishments, maintain set department sanitation standards and time management.
Follow simple recipes.
Responsible to assist the Production Cook position with light meal preparation such as preparing sandwiches, opening cans of food etc.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
