WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will be a collaborative and critical member of the team, working with the Strategist and Strategy Director to deliver sharp briefs (brand and tactical) and successful 360 marketing campaigns.

You will be a trusted and attentive client partner, independently responsible for workstreams, and knowledgeable about the client’s products, needs, and business.

You will create and improve upon resources, templates, and processes to keep the team running effectively, and identify opportunities to go above and beyond.

You will partner with media and PR agencies, representing our clients and ChiatDay LA as the lead agency to build truly effective, integrated campaigns.

You will contribute to team culture, earning creative and account trust, supporting strategist team members and creating a positive, constructive, and welcoming environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
Track record of driving compelling creative output, developing sharp, focused briefs for different needs and across channels, and collaborating with creatives to get it done.

Proficiency in comms planning and media deliverables, and ability to lead integrated agency team to drive go-to-market planning of campaign ideas across all channels, including social and digital.

Process and problem-solving mindset, working with clients to meet their business challenges and find ways to work smarter, better, and more effectively.

Organized attention to detail and independent proactivity, comfort owning multiple projects from beginning to end.

Proven communication skills, including writing clear POV’s, client-ready communication, and presentations Interest and excitement in social media channels and modern brand building – connecting the dots.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
