We’re experiencing rapid growth in the market, and looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Processor in Illinois to join our team This position has opportunities for growth into a supervisory role, including a commission structure.
As a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor, you will be responsible for accurately managing residential real estate loan documentation, reviewing documents for accuracy & completing underwriting submission, while adhering to compliance with current banking regulations.

– we’d love to speak with you Role and Responsibilities: Review initial loan approval and work with the borrower to gather appropriate documentation Customer coordination of daily loans Supervision for quality and accuracy of loans processed by other team members eligible for bonus incentive Collect all required documentation for the loan package Obtain property abstract, survey, and appraisal Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department Submit completed files to assigned Underwriter and satisfy all conditions when received from the underwriter Ensure that approval falls within the established lending guidelines Communicate with other professionals, including attorneys, county clerks, and title companies Submit approved mortgage loan application files to the closing party for settlement Training new mortgage loan processors, as well as providing support for junior loan processors.
Qualifications and Skills: 5 years mortgage loan processing experience Expert knowledge of mortgage loan terminology and process Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends Employment with Rely Services requires a successfully passed background and drug screening.
