Jr. Employee Relations Specialist

A humanitarian non-profit organization is looking for a Jr. Employee Relations Specialist to start immediately. As the Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for working alongside the Employee Relations Manager and assist with all labor relations for the non-profit. This is a fully remote opportunity, you can sit anywhere in the US! Hours are 9am-6pm PST with some flexibility. This is a contract to hire opportunity that will pay up to 60k DOE. Robert Half is looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, who has light experience with employee relations.
