Growing plaintiff’s side employment law firm with a large client base is looking for a motivated litigation attorney with 5 or more years of experience
Prior litigation experience is required, including substantive law and motion practice, conducting and defending depositions (parties, witnesses, experts), discovery and related motions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations. Trial experience is a plus.
